Ola Cabs — Irresponsibility

This is to inform you that ola cabs is one of the most irreresponsible cab that i have come across. My husband had initially booked a cab from ola and had been promised that cab service would be available at 3:00 pm. The address had been clearly mentioned to them. When my husband had called after some time they said that the driver is on their way. My husband waited and recalled only to be informed in the 11th minute that the address was away from city. If that was the scenario, the responsibility of ola was to inform that their services are not available. He had a flight to catch which could have been missed. This has caused a lot of tension and i entirely blame ola for this. This mail is to inform you that this will not be taken lightly.
