Bill vide crn no. 3576243 dated 16/9/2019 rs. 1101/- from dahisar east to international airport 22 kms. Without airconditioner

Company saying i gave confirmation for extra charge however driver only took booking reference
Driver gave no explanation. He said it is coming from top i dont know anything
Ac not run driver said i dont have gas but petrol was full in car and still he ran without ac and charged double
