Ola Cabs — My account was suspended without any reason and my ola money was frozen | |||||
I live in Bangalore.I have been a regular customer of Ola for 2 years now.I have used ola to travel to my office everyday.One day when it was raining heavily, I booked Ola for 4-5 times and everytime the driver asked me to cancel the booking as there was huge traffic and he couldn't come.I gave up and finally decided to take an auto.When I was on my way to home, I got the message from Ola cab that I have been charged Rs.87 for my ride.I didn't take any ride.I tried calling the customer support and they said that the concerned team will get back to me.I reached home and tried to login to my Ola account to see my balance but I couldn't.It said my account has been suspended due to violation of Ola cabs policies.I had over Rs.600 in my account.I tweeted on their account but there was no response.I tried calling the customer care but they didn't entertain me.I am totally helpless now.I dont even know what did I do wrong. It is not about the money.It is about these big startups have gone way above their head and they forgot who made them big in the first place, we the people who always supported them.Now I have no other way to commute to my office.I have been duped by Ola and to add to my pain, I get the response that the concerned team will call me.Welcome to the new age Indian startup.
