I booked a cab from Airport to home in Delhi. By mistake i forgot my cell-phone in the cab itself.
After 15-20 minutes I realized that i forgot my phone, so I called my number which the driver picked up. He said that tomorrow he will return my cell-phone.
I trusted him and said Okay.
Simultaneously I raised a complaint on Ola Support the next day.
For the next 3-4 days the driver kept saying that he is not coming on that route, so cant give the phone.
After 4 days he said that he will deposit the phone at OLA Head office in Noida.
Till date the driver has not submitted the phone. Now he has stopped receiving my calls as well.
I have made 3-4 times complaint to OLA Support Call and email both.
Every-time I call, they say that the driver's wife is admitted in hospital, so he will deposit phone tomorrow and my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. And its been the same case for past week.
Till now neither I have not received my phone, nor have I received a call back or support for my complaint from OLA.
