Ola Cabs — Not satisfied with ride | |||
Hi Team, I am frequent user of OLA cabs.But my last ride was really worst ride ever. I asked the driver for the shortest route for my ride and also try to guide him accordingly. But he was so desperate that he drove the car in his own way and the AC was also not working. Apart from that one time the car has been stopped due to technical issue. I have also complaint trough mobile app same day but I didn't received any call from OLA regarding my problem. Please look into this issue.
