Ola Cabs — Poor service by cab provider | |||
Today i booked a cab from lajpat nagar, central market and the condition of the car was worst. However i boarded the cab, after 15 mins at aiims, driver said that car has broken down and my ride will have to be stopped on the way. This was due to heavy traffic at south extention that the driver was not willing to go further. I asked him to get in touch with ola support and arrange for a replacement, to which he refused and also asked for undue money. After some argument with him, i was forced to pay him the money and booked another cab which was showing an eta of 3 mins. This driver told that its going to take 25 mins for the cab to reach. I was now forced to cancel the cab and book an auto. This time i received a message from ola stating a cancellation fee of rs. 50/- which was forced on my next ola auto bill.
