Ola Cabs — regarding careless n failure in service.

I orderd a ola cab in jamshedpur(TATA), State- Jharkhand dated 6th of june 2015 (7:45PM). Order id:[protected]. I orderd cab to pick up my parents from home to station for a train utkal express timng 8:20PM. I got a confirmation msg from ola.com with driver detail. then i m waiting for cab n driver's call. he did not call me, even when i call him many times he did not recievd my call. n at last he did not come n my parents missed their train. Driver Detail:- Name- Bam Bahadur Nepali, m:- [protected], Car:- White Indigo (JH 05 AK 7699). Now i m HELP LESSSS.. PLZZZZ HELP ME FOR JUSTICE. This not a 1st time problem, I faced this problem earlier also. THANKYOU SIR.

I accept Mr.Rakesh's mental egony. The old services are the worst and they never look into the the problems of the customers. This type of situation also faced by me earlier and this is the second time.

I booked ola cab four days back to reach secunderabad railway station from my home at 6.30 PM on 16.10.2015(CRN[protected]. They have sent confirmation mentioning the car driver details will be sent before half an hour. I received driver details at about 6.03 PM. Immediately I contacted driver and he mentioned that he was not nearby to home, hence advised me to contact customer care, where no where they mentioned the customer care number in their SMS. In the meantime at 6.04 pm Ola sent a simple message that Sorry! we could not find a cab at your location for your pickup time, which shows their careless attitude towards the customer. With a great difficulty I transported my family by an auto with huge luggage. I faced severe mental tension with their worst attitude and the customer care people are very least bother about transportation of the customer. I reached railway station just 10 minutes before the departure of the train. If train goes when we reached, who will responsible for this failure.

I will try to take up the matter to consumer forum with all the details and it should be a lesson to them.
