Dear representative,
This is to inform you that on last sunday (04th august 2019) morning around 9:00 am i book “black yellow” taxi through ola. From yamuna tower, mira road to terminal 1 airport, the cost shown to me around rs. 435/- and also driver time shown 5 mins away.
When i called driver after 5 mins (Mr. Pramod kumar/ mobile no: +91 [protected]) (Firstly, for 5 mins his no was continuously busy). After 10 mins, i spoke with him i asked him that what time he will reach. He told me that he is at home (Even he is staying in mira road). I told him that i want to go airport, how must time he will take to reach at my place.
Than he started questioning me that, “at what time my flight time is” (I said 11:15 am).
He took advantage of heavy rain in mumbai on sunday morning, and then he told me that, he will charge rs. 1000/-. I said no, why i would pay extra double money. Than he started arguing and disconnected call. Even he cancalled my booking.
@representative, why you people don’t train for driver??? Humanity is completely dead. He was just taking advantage of rain.
Kindly take necessary action it.
