Ola Cabs/ani Technologies — Wrong charging of toll tax | |||||
I picked an Ola cab from Vivek Vihar Bus Stop, Delhi adjoining nallah on 29.4.2017 against CRN[protected] to my residence at A2/218, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi -110063. I was charged Rs.100/- towards toll tax which was not applicable in my case as I did not cross the toll tax barrier of Surya Nagar, U.P. to enter in the Municipal Jurisdiction of Delhi. It clearly appeared to be a case of oversight which caused wrong billing. It is therefore requested that requisite arrangements may now be made to refund the overcharged amount by crediting the same to my Ola money account (Mob No: [protected]) and oblige.
