Date of my trip was Sept 25th, amount 2096 was paid in cash.
Trip: Jaipur to Pushkar.
Reason for cash pay: Driver said internet is not working so I had to pay. In my phone too there was no network so could not pay online.
Sept 26 mobile internet was suspended in Rajasthan so message from OLA received on 27th Sept, issue raised same day.
Concern raised on Sept 27th
I have been harassed with 10 calls everyday for last three months.
Told same issue they ask why did you pay cash, what proof, well I was travelling to a small town, with three other ladies and paid as cab driver insisted.
SO I have stopped answering calls, stopped using OLA and looking to take this matter to consumer court now.
Its your internal system failure and they are not aligned and you are harassing customers instead of pulling your driver partners. Was this information helpful? |
