I indrika singh booked ola cab as to go for my exam driver doesnt reached and neither informed that he is not coming due to which i got late for my exam this is very unprofessional behavior by both driver and ola. Detail of driver sanjeev kumar mishra car no.. Up32hn0199 mob no.. [protected]. Please look into matter and take strict action. We are continuously facing this type of problem as we have to wait for a long time and afterward cab got canceled without any proper region it is big issue toward us please try to solve it as sson as possible Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked a ola cab on dt.10.06.2018. he has denied to come and cancelled the trip after 1 hour. On cancellation, ₹150.00 was charged due to none of my mistake. The driver was insisting to cancel the trip.
