Ola Driver — Rude, liar and denied to serve | |||||
The driver by mistake took a wrong turn and did not reach my destination to pick me up.when i asked d driver you have taken a wrong direction u did not reach where i was standing.since it was one way instead of coming to my destination he lied that he is standing in correct location and he cannot turn since its one way.he shouted at his voice and told rudely you have to come where he has his car parked as the location showed in his map is correct.he was so rude that i told him that u r lying.please check the screen shot where the driver was abd where i was.please take action of such driver. Hope less Driver ola this is his number [protected]...After booking he cancelled the booking without any confirm to the customer...is this the way of giving service to customer.Authority should Terminate his from Ola org.
