Ola — i am complaining about ola had charged in double of estimated fare | |||
Sir, My name is sumit ghosh. On 19 mar 2020, i had booked a ola cab from reckjoani hospital rd, majarhati to jagatkhali dam rd, matiari as a out station ride. During booking it was showing as rs 3000+. We started out journey at 02:49 pm and finished around 8 pm. But the driver charged me rs 5807 which was unexpected. My complain is that when he send me invoice where it was showing 257 km i had travelled. But in google map the distance showing arround 148+ km. Any how i am not able to calculate the figure how they had done. I think the driver had put his car reading meter wrong. My request is that please track the car travelling route through gps tracker of my journey. I think it will show actually distance. I want what ever fare has been taken extra should be given back with penalty. Once already i had spoke to customer care before lockdown but no solution came. I am attaching my invoice and supporting document. I am waiting for speedily solve the matter, other wise i will go to cosumer court for these. My email id smt.
