Ola — in relation to the ola select service that was activated for my account without my approval | |||||
Hello concerned, My grievance is in relation to the ola select membership service which was activated and then renewed for my account time and time again without my approval, clearly misusing the ola money (Rs3000) i had loaded for my usage. On speaking to the executives, they said they do not have any evidence of the fact that i had started the services from my end but they are enforcing the fact on me that i have manually started the services from my end (Which i have not). There is no e-mail, notification or text messages sent from ola about the start of the service, which is hard to believe because all transactions are sent by an e-mail. Request you to kindly address my issue because i have already lost a lot of money for services i haven't used and the deductions are recursive. Please help!!!
