[Resolved] Ola Money — crn [protected] - double payment | |
Hi, i have taken a ola ride on 16-mar-2019. I had rs.33 in the ola money and have paid rs.400 in cash to the driver. Later end of the same month i got a message saying that ola postpaid is due for rs.374 which was not even notified me before. Now its showing as rs.474. I have raised a complaint by email and call (Multiple times), but i get an automated response within 2 days saying that the complaint will be resolved. I got call from the executives later then and was informed it will waived off (Thirce). I am now harassed with innumerable automated calls, smss, and emails on daily basis. I have explained the situation various times but there is no improvement. Not sure why i have to pay twice for single ride to the driver and online. Now i stopped using ola since 16-mar.
