[Resolved] Ola Money — driver did not accept ola money and asked us to pay cash | |||
I travelled by Ola auto and I made the payment option as Ola money. While being dropped the driver said that he wont accept for Ola money and wanted only cash to be paid. The Ola money was also deducted.. and we paid by cash too.. Will the ola money refunded.? This has happened mutilple times.. They have even deducted cancellation money twice, which happened a year before and sent mail to ola. But no proper response. Was this information helpful? | |||
