[Resolved] Ola Money — forcefull duplicate payment | |||
I ues ola regulary since last 2 months. One strange inciden happend with me. On 22 jan ola app asked me to pay rs 519 payment saying on 4th jan ride payment was failed. I knew on 4th jan there was no payment failure so i cancel to make payment. But ola app stopped me to continue current ride saying you have to make last failed payment to continue. I was having very important meeting in office on that day so i made payment even knowing its wrong. After payment i raised complaint to ola support where they acknowledged there was no payment failure on 4th jan. I asked them how can they do this with me. What about my 519 rs? They said for failed payment you will get back it in 10–12 days and if i dont get i need to provide screenshots of my card statement. Now my 519rs payment is not failed so how it will come back automatically? Now ola support is not returning my money ([ola support] #[protected]. I dont know someone internally doing fraud or its techinical glitch. Please suggest how can i get my money back now. Was this information helpful? | |||
