My mother got a phone call thru [protected] at 10.50 hrs ; He introduce himself as branch manager and asked the ATM card no.and he forced to tell the card no to activate the card . After 11.02 hrs she got that sms that transaction of Rs 9999/ occurred thru detail SBIPG[protected] OLA MONEY -ZIPCASH MUMBAI . Dated 23.08.2017 We informed the bank immediately to take the appropriate action for the refund of payment First six digit and last four digit of debit card is as under 519619XXXXXXX5053. I added ola money August 30th at 11.45 pm and money deducted without using the Ride. I had to pay the driver again in Cash.

On 31st July 2017 I have taken a trip (transaction id number CYYV-FITW-5J41) i have been charged Rs. 225/- twice for the same trip. please arrange to reverse the same at the earliest. My contact number is [protected] and my name is RAvi Prakash and my mail id ravi.[protected]@gvk.com
