[Resolved] Ola Money — Harassment from Ola team after a year since account was hacked | |
My Ola account was hacked more than a year ago, Ola postpaid was used up to the limit of 3k. I reported the incident immediately and the account was blocked and I was asked to create a new account. Now after a year, Ola money team says there's 3k due and that they are sending a legal notice. Apart from that they also made multiple threatening phone calls and messages. I followed up on the old emails and conversations where this issue was resolved, also sent new support mail regarding this but all of it was ignored and I keep getting threatened. Despite explaining to each person who calls, they just ignore, cut the call or respond rudely. Is the attempt here to threaten people with legal action and force them to pay for hacked/fraud actions done on their accounts by some other party? Was this information helpful? | |
