[Resolved] Ola Money — have not received ola money refunded | |
I was trying booking flights tickets from happyeasygo website using ola money application. Money 13725 was deducted from my account but tickets booking was not successful. I received messages from ola that my deducted money is being added as ola money. It is not visible in ola money account so i can not use ola money. I have sent many mails and tried to contact them but i have not received response from them. It has been 2 days. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jan 24, 2020 Ola Money Customer Care's response Hi Saras, kindly revert back with your email id or phone number registered with Ola along with the ticket id where you have raised your concern with the OlaMoney team if the issue is still not resolved.
