[Resolved]  Ola Money — Horrible Service

I am a regular OLA Postpaid user for many years now. There has never been a payment default

On 09th Sept, Midnight, I logged in a Safety & Crisis complaint when the driver abandoned me & refused to go further because he refused to start the AC.
The Call Centre executives were hopeless & were not able to help & they suggested I get down & look for another vehicle
The Call centre was not even willing to arrange for an alternate vehicle
I was charged 393/- for the trip of hardly 2 mins ride because the Driver cancelled it, I didn't cancel it.
It is shocking that they have no proper system in place. Instead of charging the driver and not charging me anything & feeling sorry for abandoning me in the middle of the night, they charge me for Rs. 393/-

I log a complaint on their App. On12th & 14th Sept they accepted that they will refund Rs. 393.
It is almost 1.5 month & I have not received this money

Meanwhile my Postpaid bill was generated & this amount again was not adjusted in it
Multiple Tickets have been opened
Shamelessly they keep closing comlaints / saying we have resolved the complaints
I logged in so many complaints
I wrote more that 15 emails to [protected]@ola... & [protected]@olamoney... but the issue was not resolved

On 14th Sept they shamelessly send an email to me to clear dues which were still not payable, if I had to adjust Rs. 393/-. I told them I will clear the dues on / before the due date i.e 3rd October

Since my due date was 4th Oct for the postpaid, From 25th Sept onwards I am proactively writing to them that I need to clear my Postoaid dues & they should adjust this Rs. 393 & send the link. They havnt
They have been sending me reminders to pay the postpaid dues which were inclusive of the refund amount which i absolutely incorrect. They should have instantly refunded this money as always
They did not seend me the payment link of the correct amount

I proactively paid the amount on 03rd Oct
I paid Rs.1752 against Postpaid dues at olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank

Attached is the bank statement since the amount Rs. 1752 was debited
The 1st entry is the debit entry
It is the amount transferred to you trough UPI @ olamoney1.[protected]@hdfcbank
Also attached is the UPI proof
Since then I have sent numerous emails but there is no confirmation

The amount was debited from my account on 3rd, today is almost 3 weeks over. The amount is neither refunded nor adjusted.
Theirintentions are mallified
Also the agent has not resolved the Rs. 393/- issue
A scan copy of my cheque, as a proof for my bank statement, was send to them on 06th
0n 06th October they mentioned that they will NEFT the amount to me but I have not received anythign as yet

Pls look into the issue & resolvve asap
