I am gomathi. On 4th december 2018 when i tried to book the vehicle using ola app it is asking to pay the postpaid ola money of rupees 1000 which i have not used at all. Each and every time i have paid to the driver. He will ask whether you want to use ola money. I will say no and i have paid the money. But today morning when i am about to book ola it is asking to pay 1000 rupees. What to do. I have paid to all the drivers after the completion of each and every ride. But now the ola app is showing i have to pay the amount. What is this? Kindly help me to resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |
