[Resolved] Ola Money — Money debited but postpaid bill payment not reflected | |||||
Hi, On 11th of Dec, around 9:20am I made my Postpaid bill payment for my Airtel number- The Money was debited then and there itself from my Ola money account but the postpaid bill payment is not done yet. Also there is no proper response from the customer care. Very annoyed with it. Plz help Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 19, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally a week later ola money responded and refunded my money back into the ola money account. But didn't compensated anything for the late payment fee of the operator I have to bear.
What's its use if it cant even recharge our phone. would not use it again.Never Ola Money customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
