I have transferred the balances from ola money to paytm my mobile account, transaction shows successful but i have received money in my paytm wallet. I request you to please provide the reason why the money is not received. If it's not possible please reverse my transaction to my wallet

As jio offers going to end on 10 th november 2017 .I recharged my jio with ola money on 9 th november 2017 at 1.30 pm but the recharge shows pending even after the deduction of ola money of RS.399.please quickly resolve this issue.
