Recently i did a purchase of 3000 at zingoy using ola money but it got failed and money got deducted from ola so i contacted zingoy they said to contact ola but no response yet from past 2 hours. I have added 999 rupees to old money yesterday, though the money has been deducted from my bank account.. It has not been added to the ola money balance. Please kindly look into the matter.

I have recharged my vodafone prepaid no with rs.130 from Ola money but my no has not been recharged. and the amount has been deducted from my Ola money account. it has been 4 days.
I transferred money 5000 from [protected] to [protected] money transfer failed due to limit of 20000exceeded but money from wallet deducted on 16/5/2017pls refund contact me at any of above number it's very bad experience to me I also called costomer care but no reply was given I need money in urgent pls help soon
