[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money is showing zero balance | |
Two days back i recharged my account with 999 rs. Today, my old profile seems to have deleted automatically. When i logged in there is no information about my old rides and ola money balance is zero. After being a regular ola customer for several years, i expected better service. Looks like after ola postpaid got activated my old profile has got deleted. This is a bug in your new update and it has caused me a lot of grievances. Please address this concern asap and restore my old profile data and ola money balance.
