[Resolved] Ola Money — ola money ola money amount debited from customers a/c by unknown person

My mother received a call on her mobile from [protected] mobile number by a unknown person stating that he is calling from sbi, noida sector 63 branch, noida on the pretext of blocking her atm card and account.

On the pretext of helping her she was asked to reveal her account information along with pin number and otp, hence there are 2 fraudulent debit transaction of rs.4900/ (Txn#[protected]ola)- and rs. 5000/
(Txn#[protected]ola)- for ola money zip cash. It happened on 20/07/2017.

We are in process of lodging a police complaint. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Ola Money Customer Care's response Hi Rahul,

We would request you to please provide the first six and last four digits of the card for us to block the wallet.

In the meanwhile, please visit the nearest Cyber Crime Cell or the concerned bank to lodge a formal complaint against amount being withdrawn from your account. Please ask the concerned authorities to write to [protected]@olacabs.com with the supporting documents for investigation.

please confirm one thing to me is money can be revert to my mother account or not.
