[Resolved]  Ola Money — one person took cyber crime or attempted fraud call /transaction

we have provided this details no. of times through email and telephonic to your executives in this connection please refer the complaint submitted by us on 27/7/17 and telephonic conversation b/w your senior executive and us on 27/7/17 between 4:30 to 5:00 AM and it was told by your executive that your a/c is already blocked from 25th afternoon when the transaction occured from your a/c it was already known to us as a fraud transaction and after this we are getting information/opinion from your executive which is very embarrassing. It is further stated that we are not holding any a/c with your company the amount transacted was fraud from our a/c to stranger a/c
he might be holding a/c in your company & your executive responsible of debiting and crediting money should be aware of whether the amount transacted is fraud or correct
