[Resolved] Ola Money — paid money deducted from wallet jugnoo driver did not receive

I was travelling from a jugnoo from sector 31 to ambience mall gurgaon. Bill amount was ₹89 as the driver didnt hv change he said you can send by ola money. I added ₹100 to pay my bill and transferred to his said number. It got deducted from my account but did not reach his account and along with ₹89 deducted from my account i had to pay him cash because he didnt agree. His number being [protected]. And my number being [protected].

My ola account has money Rs 400. But my phone was dead.after few days when i reopen my phone and install ola and sign in by same account. and then there is no balance it show zero.

On 30th sep, 17 i made a DTH recharge of 680 rs via Ola Money, but was not complete. Even today i.e. 2 days after recharge it is still in pending state. Neither amount is getting reverted back nor recharge is being done.

I have done a recharge on 3 Oct 2017. Amount has been deducted but recharge is still pending
