[Resolved] Ola Money — payment of postpaid amount

I have paid my ride amount as soon as i got down.. I didn't take any amount and did not choose the ola postpaid option as i did not even know about it. Now people from ola are constantly calling me to pay the amount.. Why should i pay the amount when i have paid it to the driver? I was unaware of the postpaid service and it was instantly selected.. How will i know about it? I have paid my amount in cash to the driver and you haven't used any of your postpaid services! It's you who selected it instantly for which iam not responsible.. I have been trying to get ola money update which is not updated as they have received the amount for which i have got the confirmation on mail and they have not updated after several reminders.
And still after so many days nothing is done and they have blocked the application for further usage which is very annoying.
