[Resolved] Ola Money — payment pending

While the amount for transaction was deducted from my Ola Wallet and sent to the receiver account, it's still showing it as pending and I tried reaching out to the customer service but found no support at all. I would like the operational team to either refund the amount being sent or do the former mentioned (give it to the receiver's wallet) if not resolved quickly further judiciary could be involved.

Ola Money Customer Care's response Hi Shubh, kindly revert with your email id or phone number registered with Ola along with the ticket id where you have raised your concern with the OlaMoney team if the issue is still not resolved.
