[Resolved] Ola Money — postpaid bill | |||
I have raised a complaint to the ola about the postpaid due which I didn't requested the ride and they are harrasing daily with minimum of 10 calls that I have to pay Rs 133/- and affecting my cibil score. They shown a record that I have booked a cab to a place in Hyderabad at the time of 1.00 AM on the month of May 2019. On the same day, I am at my office and also have the proof that I am at my work. I have my login time and log out time in my office credentials and I also took a screen shot and mailed to my email address. I didn't booked this ride from Ola post paid. It seems like a big scam from Ola asking customers for post paid bill. I have also checked with different complaints below and many of them are about the post paid due which customers didn't requested. Please look into this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
