[Resolved] Ola Money — postpaid due calls from ola | |||
I am getting daily 10 calls from Ola asking me to clear my postpaid due which was not even activated by me. I have already paid the bill via cash to the driver everytime I travelled. Also I communicated same with ola customer care, and I see no response and continous harrasment from ola. This is very dissapointing that I have to pay twice for the same ride. Verified Support Jan 24, 2020 Ola Money Customer Care's response Hi Supriya, kindly note that the OlaMoney postpaid service is an invite-only program.which is only given to our privileged customers. This notification sent to our customers on their Ola cabs application and once you accept the invitation the service will get activated on your account. please be informed that your OlaMoney postpaid dues are of the Ola cabs rides taken on 28th Oct 2019, at 02:51 pm and 30th Oct 2019, at 05:06 pm.
