[Resolved] Ola Money — postpaid merchant fraud | |||
19/8/2019 Hi, I got a call from a number saying it's for Ola KYC, they gave me all my details and then asked for the OTP. Without realizing I gave the OTP to them on the call. I later saw that Rs. 1900 was charged on my Ola Postpaid. The call from a Karnataka number and the amount was deducted via razorpay. I an unable to lodge a complain about this on the app. None of the customer care numbers are working either. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
