Ola Money — status of transaction

I gaurav behere user of your olamoney wallet app made an online payment of rs 1100 favouring indore muncipal corp on 20/04/2018 but i am unable to understand whether payment is successful at merchants end or not because muncipal corp has not generated receipt for payment.

I am trying to transfer ola money from ola application from account no [protected] to [protected] but screen prompting to KYC green scree. KYC already done but unable to transfer. Trying to contact OLA support on phone and no one pics the phone. Please attend my issue ASAP.
