[Resolved]  Ola Money — transaction failed to mybustickets.in, ola money deducted

Hi ola money,

500 rs deducted as i tried to make a payment to mybustickets.in on 13th oct, however the transaction got failed, money deducted from my wallet never refunded by ola money/zip cash.

Ticket (602925) raised, followed up 5-6 times but no response.

They want to travel far away

When we customers cancel the booking you charge us fine Rs 25/

When you ola guys yourselves cancel the booking why don't we get the benefit of it

He called today also. The fraud person mobile # [protected]. Pls check your account status and return my money soon. He transferred money from my IOB saving bank account on[protected] to your ola account. We have already compliant to chennai crime police. Pls support me to get my money soon.

Anyone fraud person transferred money from my IOB Account to your ola account. Pls return my money to my bank account where transferred money. I am old senior citizen person.
