[Resolved] Ola Money — transferred money but not updated in my a/c | |||
Dear concern, I transferred inr 500/- on 14th aug 18 to my ola money a/c but amount was not updated, i tried all the prescribed way (Email & customer care call) but nothing happening. I already shared my transaction details, bank statement with the co. But they are tracking wrong transaction and replied me "money returned to my credit card". And the transaction details co. Sharing is wrong they shared transaction on 13th aug 18, inr 750/- which was never done by me. Today i again approached to customer care and customer care executive assured me my money will returned to my ola money a/c but its not happened, and they closed my ticket by mentioning, issue resolved. The amountRs.999/- was debited from bank account but not credited to wallet. Many mails but no action. Each time I am told that the amount will be credited to wallet within 1 working day.
