[Resolved] Ola Money — transferred money not credited | |
I tried to add rs 599 in ola money wallet through kotak bank account but transaction failed and account debited. Transaction reference number is kpg[protected], date 1 april 2019. Then i did the same with hdfc account which was successful. Verified with kotak bank about the success of the transaction. But ola money has denied receipt even after many followups and proof submission. Kindly address the issue. Was this information helpful? | |
