Case-1. I booked cab from Madhapur Ratnadeep to My home. Good distance is 18Km. But Ola charged me for 21.9km.

Case 2. Next day I booked cab to my work place. Driver cancelled ride by saying he is not going to ride as per my guidance route. He wants to ride as per his own route.

Spoke to the customer care of Ola . Even they are supporting Drivers saying that's Ola standard.
