I took a ride sometime back in March/April and I was using ola credit.It was a usual ride from work to home which would ideally cost me around 100-150 rs. The ola driver however took a wrong route through an underpass which took me all the way to cyber city inspite of me constantly reminding him not to take an underpass.We had an argument and the driver apologized and dropped me home. By now my bill had shot up to over 400 rs. I told Ola about this incident and informed them I'm willing to clear my outstanding if they agree to refund me the extra amount I had to pay. I've written several emails but all I get is an auto generated response that someone will get back to me or threats about legal action.I need to know as a consumer I'm I not entitled to be refunded of the amount wrongfully charged and isn't the company accountable to address my grevience at all?
