I booked an ola ride with on saturday, 19 oct (Crn [protected]). Driver had even asked for the otp when i started the ride. After completing the ride he refused to provide a receipt.
I was forced to pay the bill amount while he coldly and very rudely said there is nothing he can do. I had to rush for a meeting so was forced to pay the amount.
Later in the evening i realised that that the driver had cancelled the ride by online cancellation without informing me, while i remained in the cab. There was not intimation that came to me that he had cancelled (I was surprised at the cancellation because i had even provided him the otp)
This is serious security breach since the driver went offline in between the ride and i as the customer was not even intimated. I was on call and there was no possible way for me to know that any of this had happened..
This is also a financial fraud by ola as payment was made but receipt was not provided (I was on official duty and require receipts mandatorily to claim t back). I demand an immediate refund of the amount or an invoice of the ride Was this information helpful? |
