Ola — Wrong billing and charged me extra | |
Dear Sir/Madam, On 27th i pre booked a cab for 28th morning 7:30 A.M from K.Channasandara to JP Nagar metro. When the driver excepted my ride on 28th 10 min before the ride the bill was 576. I used googlepay to pay just 3 km before reaching my destination and the bill was still 576. But after I reached my destination, the driver asked me to pay 237 again, which was displayed in his ola app. I Insisted that I had already paid but the driver said and showed his ola screen that 237 needs to be paid and when i refreshed my screen and clicked on my Ola ride the rates changed to 813 and i had to pay the remaining amount. I tried to char with ola but the chat bot is of no use of answering the question of why the bill amount changed. There no ph number to check with ola customer care. I sent them a mail on Mar 1st for which i got an auto generated message to use the ola support which is the same chat bot. The same day on 28th i booked a return cab from the same location JP Nagar metro to K channasandra and the bill amount was 554. So ola mislead me and made me pay extra which was a total suprise to me. Request you to give me a resolution. I wont ola to pay back 237.
