Sharing my personal and true experience. Hello readers. Raghu medicals chemist and druggists outlet do not provide with proper service and are ill mannered. I had asked for olay day cream but the staff had mistakenly given olay night. When i asked for the replacement the owner mr raghu spoke very arrogantly which hurted us very badly even being a such long time customer almost for 24 years they still do not know how to behave with customer
Worst part without even asking our side of story which was very disturbing. It was really an annoying experience and it was very frustrating. And same experience have been faced by my friends also from yeshwanthpur... Its happy we have watched them growing from scratch to this hilltop success sad they forget long time clients have also been part of their success. God bless them to improvise their soft skills...
