Olx — cheating done by shrikant cisf indian army

In response to an advertisement on olx site by mr. Shrikant indian army cisf with respect sale of mobile samsung s9 plus. I called on his giving no. [protected]. He send me his id proof and cisf card on the whatsaap. I asked him why are you selling this phone so cheap, he replied that my friend is in the hospital he has serious issue.
In the respect of army man i paid rs.1000 for the courier and rs.5000 paid in advance. Then he said the product will be delivered tomorrow (Within 24 hours), and also share the no. Of courier boy. Then he again called me, telling that he need money for the treatment of his friend who is lying in the hospital at rajasthan. He said that doctor is telling to deposit rs. 5000 urgently, i have no money i request you to please send this amount urgently. Shrikant called me again & again for the remaining amount, i paid rs. 3000 and then he called me after 2hrs then the same dialogue (I need money because doctor is saying that pay more money for treatment) as per request i paid full full remaining amount and the i called courier boy, he was telling that the courier was hold for 15 minutes and the penalty of holding the courier is rs. 10200 in which the amount of rs.200 is credited by company and the remaining amount of rs. 10000 cash back will be received in your account and again i called shrikant he was telling that i have no money to pay this hard amount and the courier boy provide me the no. Of manager and he said transfer the amount to manager. I'll trust on him and then i have paid rs.10200 to manager paytm account and then again the courier boy was saying that you have to pay more rs. 10200 for the location charge, the full amount will be debited to you within 10-15 min. I have no option on that time because my amount of rs.36000 was freezed by him and then i have paid more rs. 10200 more for clear the parcel.
At last i lost rs.46400 till now the phone was not received and he has a team.
