Olx — fraud by using indian army name

I have seen an ad in olx and offered to that selling price. He told me that he is an indian army man. He has worked in a. P. Then he bought that car (Ap05cs4699). He told me to send handling charges of 5150/-. I sent it via google pay. He sent via overnite express courier. The lorry driver call me and he is in vijayawada if you send 21150/- for paid up charges. I said if the car comes to our place we will pay the amount. After some conversation you are dealing with army people and i will book a case against you that you have taken my car and you are not giving the money. Those people are using indian army name and making fraud. I request you to not to encourage like this items and verify before keeping this ads. I am keeping the pics also.
