I have updated few Ads on OLX for Bangalore on 12 March and I received only 1 call even after 3 days. So I thought of verifying the Ads and was shocked to see that my Ads have been moved to "Removed Ads". After so many follow-ups with OLX Support they gave a stupid comment that the IP through which I uploaded the Ad was of California... How on earth that would have been possible. I had used my Airtel broadband for connecting to internet. Their only response was that since this is against there policy it has been moved to Removed Ads and they cannot do anything about it. There was one Ad which was still in the Active Ads and hence I asked how come they didn't removed that I had uploaded it at the same time, wasn't that also posted from California, to which I was informed it could be a mistake. What type of stupid website they are having? Finally yesterday I updated the Ads again @ 10:30 am India time, and all the Ads till now are Pending for Activation. I thought possibly making a new ID could help, and hence created a new ID, with all the Profile Details mentioned as Bangalore and posted the Ads again in the New User ID @ 11:15 p.m.Indian time. But the entire work was in vain, as till now the Ads in the new user id are also pending for Activation. The most surprising or rather shocking thing was that I saw was the time of Ad Posting in the Pending Ads options was mentioned as 12:36 PM instead of 11:15 PM. There seems to be problem with their own host and creating unnecessary hardship for the customer by removing the Ads as per their own wish. The heights of their un-professionalism is that their team doesn't respond on the emails, there are no customer care number available so you don't have any other option to reach to them and finally you can never expect them to call you and inform the status of the complaint/concern. To put it simply they are not at all bothered about the customers.
