The sell has not deliver the lens i have already paid full payment and I'm registered to FIR against the seller but seller has fraud the other my friend number i have call n text the seller same details given but the seller no answer my message

I am trying to post my add on olx.in. but it is not active, in ad section in moderation tab it is showing " This Ad was not published". why is this so ? no reason is stated. Kindly help
