[Resolved] Olx India — fraud complaint against olx.in (ad id: [protected]) for publishing fraud ad for bike pulsar 200 ns 2017 model | |||
I have seen an advertisement on olx (www.olx.in) for pulsar bike 2017 model 200 ns (14400 kms, 41500\- bike number mh 32 ag 3906) posted by rahul/sahil on date 07-feb-2019 in evening time between 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm (I have attached the ad screenshot). I have reached olx and taken his contact number from chat. After this i have a phone call conversation between me and sahil who deal with me. Then he said he work for army and posted in nashik. He is sending his brother’s bike with army transport post office and in return when i will see the bike after reaching pune i have to pay the whole amount. Then he sent me an army transport receipt of bike transfer and charges. Next day he agreed me to do online transaction through payatm of rs 8120 of gprs charges and then again 8000+150 charges which he agreed to reduce the amount from real deal bike price. Then he said your bike is reached viman nagar nearest to me and stopped by army transport office as there are late charges fined against that bike and also 30000 rupees security money charges other wise the bike and money will be sealed by army rules. At the end of story/conversation he has taken around 70000 rupees through payatm from me on 08-feb-2019 and never delivered the bike. I am in process related with this with police also. That fraud person is still talking on phone with me for providing kyc payatm number of mine to transfer back the money. His payatm number is on, the courier boy number is still on. That person is still online on whats app and talking.
