Olx India — fraud done under name of vikram waghmare stating he is from indian army

The person had kept an ad on olx stating that he wanted to sell oneplus 6. He gave the number to call where i called him. He stated that he was from indian army and is currently posted in jaisalmer, rajasthan The device was for sale at rs 15000 and hence, he asked to transfer half the amount via paytm to mobile number [protected] and half once i receive the courier. Since i did not had enough money to transfer, i transferred 4000 to his account. He again called and stated that he will courier the device in half an hour and i will receive the same by next day. Very bad services by OLX after received payment against his commitment for value of time and money. I had paid rs.999/- for featured adv. And sales promotion on dt.09/08/18 ... but till date my adv. Is not promoted as featured adv. and instantly I can't trust and loosing faith on OLX . Also there is no call center to resolve my problem.
