Product Grievance Details : I saw an add on date 02.10.2020 of hero splendor + on olx by sahil Kumar and I contacted him he said I am in Army, I will send you bike by Army transport and you will get delivery on date 03.10.2020 till morning 11:30 am but you will have to pay 2150 rs as transportation charge and I paid but on 03.10.2020 the transport driver called me and said to pay 9999 rs as gps charge and I denied. I called to sahil to pay that money but he say I don't have money so I said I will not pay 9999 rs. And return my previous money 2150 rs. He cut my call and abused me.
